About Us

The purpose of Christ United Methodist Church is to be an inclusive, loving, witnessing and worshipping community of involved disciples, whose mission is to create an environment whereby all may come to know and serve Jesus Christ.

Children laughing... People greeting each other... Voices lifted in praise...
Hymns -- familiar and loved, new and exciting... Professions of faith...

Sharing God's Word... Friends greeting each other...

People kneeling at God's Altar in prayer... Infants, children, adults being baptized...

An awareness of the presence of the Holy Spirit... Celebrating Holy Communion...

All of these things can be seen or heard on a typical Sunday morning at Christ United Methodist Church. It is a time of joy. We come together as the Body of Christ to celebrate a week of ministry, finding strength in God and through each other for the week of ministry that is ahead of us.

Traditional Worship @ 9AM

The liturgy will be appropriate to the season of the Christian Year. Music will be hymns from our United Methodist Hymnal, and someone will offer special music as a part of worship.
