Bring your donated treasurer’s, especially purses and handbags, to the Fellowship Hall on February 28, 29; March 1, 2 (from 10AM – 1PM each day). Also on sale…sausage & biscuit, cinnamon rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice (served from 7 - 10 AM; hot dog, chips, pickles and soft drinks (served from 10AM – 1PM). Ten (10%) of proceeds will be donated to Christ Church Relay For Life program.

Beginning Sunday, March 4th at 5:30pm in the Serenity Classroom of the Administration Building at CUMC, ladies will be joining together for “Women Speak”. A six week study on women in scripture, we will be utilizing the book by Helen Bruch Pearson, “Do What You Have the POWER to Do”. Facilitated by Rev. Katrina Salter-Wood, this is study is a different flavor from your mother’s bible study, join us in celebrating being women after God’s heart. Please pre-register.
And if morning studies fit your schedule better, join us beginning Monday, March 5th at 9am for Rick Warren’s, “40 Days of Love: We Were Made for Relationships”. In this study, Warren teaches that “learning to love God and others is to be our highest goal, our greatest aim, our first priority, our deepest aspiration, our strongest ambition, our constant focus, our passionate intention, and our dominant life value.” Come join us as we grow in learning how to love authentically and increase in Christ. Participant’s guides are available for $5. Please pre-register.
Love in Any Language - A Sign Language/Bible Study class offered for children on Sunday afternoons, beginning March 4th. Children in Pre-K and K will meet 4 – 4:30pm in the 1st Grade Sunday School Class room. 1st thru 5th Grades meet from 4:45 -5:25 in the 1st Grade Sunday School Class. There is no charge for the classes. In order to plan for the class, please sign up today. If adults are interested in taking a sign language class in the future, please let Rev. Katrina know so that it may be scheduled.
