American Red Cross Blood Drive

2:30 – 7:30 PM
This blood drive will be IN MEMORY OF F.A. McKAY, charter member of Christ UMC. If you have not given before or are hesitant about giving please prayerfully consider this life-giving ministry. Giving one unit of blood can save up to 3 lives. For the convenience of folks with young children, we will have child care from 2:30 to 7:00 PM. Sign up on Sunday, call the church office at 478-922-0211, or just walk-in. Please note that we will be treating walk-ins and pre-registered donors separately for this drive.
Eating a good meal the day before and the day of the drive, along with drinking lots of fluids helps make the experience a very good one. If you are not sure if you are eligible because of a medical condition and/or the travel you have done, it is best to call the Red Cross at 1-800 –Give Life.
