Lenten Opportunities

   

 

     Daily Monday—Friday: Daily Lenten Lunch Devotions (12:00-12:50)

     Thursday 4/1—Holy/Maundy Thursday service: 7:00 p.m.

     Friday 4/2—Good Friday Tennebrae service: 7:00 p.m.

     Sunday 4/4 — Easter Sunday: worship services 7:00, 9:00, & 11:00 a.m.  Easter reception and children’s Easter Egg hunt between services, 10:00 a.m., in the courtyard (weather permitting)

     Flowering of the Cross: bring your flowers to flower our cross as part of the Easter reception @ 10:00

 

April 23 (Friday) Family Friday Fun Zone: We will camp-out as part of the United Methodist Church ‘Change the World’ Weekend that coincides with World Malaria Day. At the camp-out, we will help raise awareness about the impact malaria still has in parts of the world by making mosquito nets. 

  

April 24 (Saturday) Fun Run & Walk: 5k road race and a 1 mile family run/walk to support Christ School in their endeavors to build an outdoor classroom as well as to help meet the educational needs for the School. Sponsors/donators are needed. Contact the school office, 923-2867, for more information.
